Welcome To Hilton's "Lagniappe" Blog Series!
With the start of a new year Hilton's has made the resolution to roll out some new ideas. Among the first of our progressive endeavors is our "Lagniappe" blog series, "a little extra" for the customers and businesses that have made what we do that much more enjoyable.
What do we mean by "a little extra?" Well, as this series progresses it is our hope to provide a myriad of helpful hints and services to our customers, whether that entails a detailed breakdown of those hieroglyphic symbols next to the certifications on your commercial equipment, or just helping you find that thing that you use to chop lettuce in a bowl. You know, the thing with two blades, has a handle, kind of rounded ....like they have at Subway. We take great pride in the already profound and steadily expanding knowledge of our staff (it was a mezzaluna knife by the way) and always enjoy answering questions or tracking down that mythical item that seems impossible to find.
"A little extra" also means a place to find entertaining articles, interesting facts, and helpful hints for the backyard hibachi chefs, the novice mixologists, and the established restaurateurs alike. Frequent our page in the future and you could learn the "10 best gift ideas for every chef," or "The secret to the perfect old fashion," (...it's more whiskey), or even a guide to picking the right china and table wares for your up and coming restaurant.
The purpose and overall goal of this series is to provide our customers with a useful and entertaining medium to get information, ask questions, and become more familiar with an ever-changing industry. It's also a way for you to get to know us here at Hilton's a bit better (and to tell us how awesome we are).
Ooo I do want to tell you this place is awesome definitely I already been there and in addition I wish to disclose that
ReplyDeleteCafe supplies are not imperfect there!
